Land - Novo Selo, Selca, Selca, 18889m2

In the northeastern part of the island of Brač, in close proximity to the village of Novo Selo, there is a spacious agricultural land with a total area of 18,889 m². In this case, the construction of a ground-level facility up to 200 m² of gross area is permitted, with the possibility of an additional fully underground basement of up to 400 m². With a minimum distance of 20 meters from the edge of the plot, such facilities can serve for the storage of equipment, processing and storage of products, as well as other related purposes. It is important to note that any construction requires additional verification of specific conditions in accordance with spatial planning documentation and competent authorities.
