This is the collection of characteristics, interests and data about you as a visitor. Based on this a profile is created so that you can receive targeted and relevant information. Loko does this on the basis of data that we generate using cookies and similar techniques (see "Cookies"). We only use profiling to personalise information and to display mailings and content relevant to you. You will not be withheld property listings or other content based on these activities. If you do not (or no longer) want to have a personalised experience based on your enriched profile, you can manage your consent to the placement of cookies through your cookie preferences in our cookie policy.

Cookies

Our websites use cookies and other similar technologies. A cookie is a piece of information we automatically place on your device so we can remember something about it or you. When you first visit our website, we'll ask for your consent to set non-essential cookies such as for advertising and personalisation. If you're visiting the Loko platform outside the EU area please note that any personal data you enter in the Loko platform will be transferred out of your country and into the EU. You consent to such transfer through your use of the Loko platform. You also warrant that you have the right to transfer such information outside your country and in the EU.

Data retention

Unless you specifically request that we delete your Personal Data, we will keep it for as long as we need to meet our Terms of Service, offer you services and maintain the effective operation of our business.

If you ask us to delete your personal data we may still be obliged to retain it for the following purposes: to follow the law or rules (like maintaining transaction records); to deal with legal issues or defend ourselves in legal claims; to protect against fraud or abuse on our service. This implies that different types of Personal Data may be kept for different amounts of time.

Sometimes, we might not be able to delete, make anonymous, or hide your personal data right away because of technical, legal or operational reasons. In these situations we will take reasonable measures to securely isolate your personal data from any further processing until we can properly delete them.

If your account is inactive for 2 years or more, Loko reserves the right to permanently delete your data, including your content.
