House - Funtana, 135m2

ISTRIA, POREČ - A modern villa near the sea

Funtana - Fontana is located along the Poreč - Vrsar - Orsera road, along which numerous family houses have been built and there is almost no one that does not receive a guest in the summer season. The exclusively touristic fate of this small seaside town is also revealed by numerous catering facilities concentrated in a small area, which gives this place additional charm and uniqueness during the summer months. Along the coast there are also nicely decorated campsites, integrated into the environment, as well as a few hotels.

It is in this small town, only 1000 m from the sea, that the construction of this villa will begin, the construction of which should be completed in 2023. The villa consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with a pantry, a toilet, a spacious dining room and a living room that share a large terrace for enjoying summer evenings, while on the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a large hallway. The heat in the villa will be provided by underfloor heating and air conditioning.

This unique property is a perfect choice for residence or rental for tourist purposes.
