House - Nerežišća, 180m2

A standalone stone house in ruinous condition with an auxiliary building is for sale in the village of Nerežišća on the island of Brač. It is located on a construction plot with a total area of 576 m2. The footprint of the buildings is approximately 122 m2, while the spacious garden of around 454 m2 offers numerous possibilities for arrangement and future development of the property. The buildings were constructed before 1968, for which there is an appropriate certificate, enabling reconstruction within the existing dimensions or the construction of a new building according to personal preferences. The condition of the property requires complete renovation, as the walls, facade, and roof are in poor condition, but this represents an ideal opportunity for creating an authentic Dalmatian stone house or tourist project. Access to the property is provided by an asphalt road, while all necessary infrastructure, including water and electricity, is located immediately adjacent to the plot.

Dear clients, agency commission is charged in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
