Description
Stone house in the core of Seget Donji, near the sea, spacious yard
The traditionally decorated stone house dates back to the 17th century and is located in Seget Donji. It is 80 m from the sea, 300 m from the first beach and 500 m from the Baotić marina.
The house extends over three floors, and the entrance to the house is possible from two sides. Before entering the house, you enter the courtyard surrounded by high historic walls, which provides a pleasant feeling of intimacy, but also of peace.
The ground floor consists of a large living room, a kitchen, a small storage room, two separate courtyard areas and a semi-closed outdoor area that can serve as a large storage area or a covered terrace. The first floor is accessed by internal stairs and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with a view of two streets. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house is furnished and equipped and is built of wide-hewn stone. The last major renovation was in 1974, while the pipes were changed in 2012.
It is possible to reach the house by car, and parking is possible on the city surface by the waterfront or in a small area next to the house.
Considering the location, the whole area, which includes this house, is part of the cultural and historical whole.
Seget Donji is the largest settlement in the municipality of Seget. It is located two kilometres west of the UNESCO city of Trogir and has a long tourist tradition. The settlement of Seget Donji was founded in 1564 when the Trogir nobleman Jakov Rotondo received permission to build a tower. Later, a settlement would be formed around this tower, fortified by a defensive wall and four towers due to the Turkish threat. Seget Donji is a highly suitable destination for families. A beautiful pebble beach with restaurants and bars stretches along the coast beside the clear sea.
