EXCHANGE FOR SQUARE METERS OF APARTMENT OR SALE, BUILDING LAND FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES WITH BUILDING PERMIT, BORIČAK-BRELA

We offer a plot for the construction of a house with three apartments in a beautiful location with a spectacular view in the Boričak settlement near Brela. A building permit has been issued for the construction of a Group 2 building with a total gross construction area of 520.1 m2. Utility contributions have not been paid. The landowner is also interested in exchanging the building plot with an obtained building permit for one residential unit or selling the entire project. This is an excellent opportunity for investors who do not want to incur financial burdens before starting construction, making it easier to manage construction costs. Apartments in this location are easily sellable and achieve a good price, and considering that one apartment has been sold/exchanged in advance, this is an opportunity for profit that should not be missed. All documents available upon request.
