Kaštel Štafilić, agricultural land with an area of 8,233 m2, next to an asphalted road, between the airport and the main road. The micro environment consists of commercial buildings (concrete plant, gas station) and mostly agricultural land. The terrain is slightly sloping (approx. 5%) and falls in the direction from north to south (toward the airport). Olive trees along the edges of the plot, and the land itself is overgrown with grass.
