Land - Krk, 1060m2

For sale is a building plot with a total area of 1,060 m², located in the peaceful village of Vrh on the island of Krk. Two completed projects for the construction of residential buildings are being sold along with the land, and for both projects, requests for the issuance of a building permit have been submitted, which can significantly shorten the preparation for construction for the future owner.

The land is located in an attractive location, ideal for building holiday homes, family homes or as an investment.

It is important to note that the access road is not currently recorded in the cadastral documentation, although it exists in nature, it has been used for many years and provides access to the land. The future owner will have to solve the administrative part related to recording the access road.

If you are looking for land with already prepared project documentation and the process of obtaining building permits, this is an excellent opportunity that saves time and speeds up the realization of a future investment.
