Land - Ston, 216904m2

Ston, land 216,904 m2, first row by the sea

For sale is a forest land with a total area of 216,904 m2 located in a peaceful part of the Ston Bay, in the first row by the sea, with approximately 160 meters of coastline and a small natural beach.

Electricity and water infrastructure, as well as a drainage system, have been recently installed next to the parcel. The land is predominantly covered with strawberry trees (Arbutus unedo) and trees of indigenous olive varieties such as Oblica, Lastovka, Drobnica, and Plominka — known for producing high-quality olive oil.

On the land, there are old dry stone constructions that once served as field houses and shelters for shepherds, giving the property an authentic Mediterranean character.

There is an option to purchase an ideal half or a third of the parcel, depending on the buyer’s interest.

A local road passes by the land, and Ston is only 3 kilometers away.

The ownership is clear, without any active liens or encumbrances.
