The island of Vis, a valuable agricultural land in the field of Vela Vošćica with an area of 5916 m2. It has a regular rectangular shape and a macadam road leads to it. There is a water connection at the edge of the plot. The land is suitable for growing vines (small blueberries), olives and other Mediterranean crops. Velo Voščice is largely cultivated with olive trees and vineyards. It is surrounded by wooded hills, so the whole area seems tame and picturesque. The surrounding hills are criss-crossed by wide and flat macadam roads. The town of Vis is about 10 minutes away by car, and the surrounding beaches Rukavac and Milna are approx. 5 min.
