Pelješac, Viganj, a semi-detached stone house on two floors with a floor area of 58m2, opposite which are two ruins of 61m2 and 36m2, a forest of 58m2 and a passage of 11m2.
Above the house is another ruin of 14m2.
The current situation is that we have a house with a living area of 116m2, and the rest is a garden of 166m2.
The two-story stone house is connected to electricity and water, does not have a septic tank, and the ruins, which are registered as buildings in the title deed, can be reconstructed into additional residential buildings or used as a garden. The 14m2 ruin, which is not part of the complex, is ideal as a storage room (approx. 30m away).
They are located in a quiet environment, 500m from the sea and beach and basic amenities, and a few minutes drive from Orebić with all the necessary amenities.
Viganj, like Orebić, is known for its old captain's houses, and the channel between Pelješac and Korčula is a paradise for surfers.
With the construction of the Pelješac Bridge, Pelješac, like Korčula, has gained faster and simpler transport connections and is becoming increasingly attractive.
