Betina is widely known for its wooden shipbuilding. In the past, Betina was home to a large number of small family shipyards, and the shipbuilding tradition has survived to this day. The beautiful beaches and bays of Murter are a true oasis of peace and privacy, and there are numerous national parks and nature parks nearby. For example, the Kornati National Park, opposite the municipality of Tisno, is a collection of 89 islands, islets and cliffs that amaze with its impressive geography.
